International students and graduates are eligible for the Citizenship and Immigration Canada, off-campus and post-graduate, work permit programs. Under these programs, employers do not require an assessment from Human Resources and Social Development Canada prior to hiring. Often, candidates have obtained the necessary documentation and are ready to start work immediately.

4. Additional services that can be included in your recruitment program:
   
   
   • Resume collection: Students submit their applications directly to the Career Centre. You will receive applications, via courier collect, THREE business days after your deadline. Please note that the Career Centre does not pre-screen applications.
     
     
   • Interview schedules: Once you have reserved your interview rooms through the Career Centre and selected your University of Toronto candidates, we can help you build your interview schedules. THREE business days are required to complete the scheduling process.
