Post a position

Finding the right employees to help you prosper in today's economy is the hallmark of a successful organization. Whether your organization is small, medium, or large, post your career opportunities online, exclusively to U of T students and recent graduates. It’s quick, easy, and absolutely free.


New Users

  1. Click Register/Login on the side bar
  2. Choose 'New User'
  3. You will be prompted to register as an organization or register as a private individual wishing to post a casual position.
  4. At the time of registration, you will be able to post up to 5 work opportunities.
  5. Once your registration is verified, we will send you your user id via email.
  6. Keep a record of this id, and your password entered at the time of registration, in order to return and post future positions.

Returning Users

  1. Click Register/Login on the side bar
  2. Enter your password and user id
  3. Once logged in, you will be directed to your personal homepage
  4. Select 'Your Account', ‘Your Jobs’, from the side bar
  5. Click on the link ‘Add a new job’

What happens next?

  • An email will be sent to you within one business day to inform you that your job listing was successfully posted to the website, completing the process.
  • Your employment listing will be posted for 30 days OR until your specified deadline date OR until we are otherwise notified.
  • Students will view your listing and assess their suitability for the position. Please note that the Career Centre does not pre-screen applications.
  • Resumes and cover letters submitted directly to the Career Centre, as per your request, will be forwarded to you collect via courier. You will receive your resumes within three business days after your specified deadline. See resume collection service.
  • Interviewing facilities are available should you decide to conduct your interviews on campus. We recommend you select and confirm these dates as soon as possible.
  • Once the position has been filled, or you have received a sufficient response, you can remove your posting from the jobs directory.

Managing Your Account

  • Forgot your password and user id? Click here, and enter the required information. We will retrieve your password and user id within one business day and send to you via email.
  • Want to repost a previous position? Login and select ‘Your Account’, 'Your Jobs' from the side bar and choose 'COPY/REPOST'.
