Career Centre - Employers
Post a position

Target over 10,000 students who graduate annually from various programs. These graduates are available to start full-time work in May, when final exams are completed. We recommend the optimal time to start recruiting the graduating class is during the months of September, October and November of the previous year.

Connecting with this year's graduating class, made easy:

  1. Arrange for a consultation with one of our experts. We can help you target any discipline at the University of Toronto's three campuses - downtown Toronto, Mississauga and Scarborough - and provide free consultation services on how to attract the graduating students or recent graduates you need for your organization.

  2. Meet our students and brand your organization on campus through attending our career fairs: Career Information Days (St. George), and/or Career Expo (Mississauga).

  3. Register and submit your job posting.

  4. Select dates for the following:
  5. Kindly refer to the Recruitment schedule and Event prices as a guide.

  6. Additional services that can be included in your recruitment program:

    • Resume collection: Students submit their applications directly to the Career Centre. Applications may include cover letters, resumes and unofficial transcripts. Each applicant's package will be sent by email in PDF format to your organization, for receipt one day after the application deadline.

    • Interview schedules: Once you have reserved your interview rooms through the Career Centre and selected your University of Toronto candidates, we can help you build your interview schedules. THREE business days are required to complete the scheduling process.
