Career Centre - Employers
Post a position

At the University of Toronto Career Centre, we are dedicated to helping employers recruit qualified students and recent graduates from all disciplines, faculties, and academic levels.

We understand that each organization’s recruiting needs are different—some may require an extensive on-campus recruitment program, while others want only to post work opportunities. Whatever your needs, we can work closely with your organization to develop a tailored recruitment strategy and help you build a strong presence on campus.

If you are currently recruiting, we can assist you to reach a greater number of students. Successful strategies can include targeting specific student groups, hiring students to distribute flyers on campus, or placing an ad in the campus newspaper. We also organize events to help you promote your organization to students. Consider participating in these activities:

In addition, our free online recruiting service lets you manage, at your convenience, the following:

  • posting your job listings and recruiting events
  • copying, deleting, and updating your job postings
  • requesting meeting rooms for information sessions or interviews
  • registering for career and job fairs

“The level of service we received at the Career Centre was truly excellent. I have personally worked with six university career centers in North America and can truthfully say that the U of T Career Centre was the easiest and most helpful of all.”
